How to get help
To remove Temple data, email [email protected] from your account email and specify profile, progress, wishes or all Temple data. If you cannot access that email, explain this so ownership can be checked safely.
Accounts & profiles
Removing only a Temple character is different from deleting your shared Mokugyo account. State your intended scope. Deleting Firebase sign-in does not by itself guarantee removal of every Temple MySQL record.
Storage & retention
Removing cookies, browser storage or the PWA affects this device only. Public copies saved by other people cannot always be retrieved; support will explain what can be removed or retained.
Signing out does not delete server data. Profile and progress data remain until a deletion request is processed. Security records or backups may be retained where necessary; support will explain any applicable limits.
